Skyscrapers is managing our Kubernetes clusters, making sure it is always up-to-date, healthy and making sure everything is running smoothly
Alexandre Mathieu, CTO AppTweak
The Challenge
When AppTweak came to Skyscrapers they made it clear they wanted to scale up their business within a stable and secure environment. The company was dealing with two main challenges. First of all the speed at which competitors were growing and secondly the increasing amount of data that needs to be processed in order to keep supporting customers.
Skyscrapers offered a solution using Kubernetes on Amazon Web Services by keeping everything up-to-date and up and running. Having a large number of services, Kubernetes allows AppTweak to scale up and orchestrate all their containers creating a unified view of their complete cloud platform and services.
Why Skyscrapers
AppTweak was looking for a partner that would not only just build and monitor a scalable Kubernetes platform for their services platform, but also one who could provide guidance and advice on where to focus when processing large amounts of data.
“Kubernetes is allowing us to orchestrate all of our services and have a unified view of the platform. Skyscrapers takes care of managing the platform and guides our development team. In summary: we can focus all of our time and energy on building our applications.” – Alexandre Mathieu, CTO AppTweak
Under an Devops-as-a-Service cooperation, Skyscrapers manages the Kubernetes platform on Amazon Web Services and guides the development team so AppTweak can focus on their business. Reducing time spent on monitoring data and infrastructures by themselves allows AppTweak to focus on their applications. A job well done!
