We started Skyscrapers in 2015 with a clear mission: help digital product teams move faster and sleep better by taking the platform complexity and risks off their hands.
10 years later, we have delivered and managed a great number of cloud platforms for SaaS companies across Europe and beyond, from startups finding product-market fit, to scale-ups expanding their global reach and enterprises on their digitalisation journeys.

No office. No commute. We work from wherever we work best, coordinating through Slack, Zoom, and GitHub. We gather 1-2 times per year for multi-day team retreats to bond and go deep.
Everything is open: decision flows, financials, compensation (including our bosses’), customer contracts. We believe people decide themselves what information they need to make good decisions.
No middle-managers. Our structure is based on Sociocracy and Teal principles where decisions are made by the people who are doing the work. You hold roles, not a single “job.” You set your own path, supported by the team and a personal development coach.
